Peruvian Star Gate

or “City of the Gods”

In September of 1996 in the Hayu Marca mountain region of Southern Peru; an area that has long been honored by local Indians as the "City of the Gods", which has not yet been explored efficiently because of the rugged mountain terrain; a very significant discovery was made. 

A huge gate or door has been carved into a natural rock face and in all measures exactly seven (over 28 feet) meters in height and width with a smaller recess in the center at the base, which measures a bit less than two meters (about 6 feet) in height.

After discovering the door  in 1996, archeological and Inca authorities besieged the area within a short time. It was soon learned that the native Indians of the region had a legend that told of "A gateway to the lands of the gods", and in that legend it is said that in long times past, great heroes had gone this way to join the gods and the route they took there was by going through this gate for a magnificent new life of immortality.  Occasionally, it is said, those heroes returned for a short visit along with their gods in tow to "inspect all the lands in the kingdom" on this side of the gate.

According to some individuals, by placing their hands upon the small recess or door, a feeling of an energy flow somehow results, in addition strange experiences such as visions of stars, columns of fire and the sounds of unusual rhythmic music occurs.

Others insist that when they touch the small “door” or recess they have perceived or envisioned tunnels to be located on the interior of the structure, although as yet no-one has found a gap that would illustrate the door opening; quite the contrary in fact, the professional opinion is that there is no actual door, for the frame and the entranceway along with the back of the recess or door are all carved from the same rock.

Local Peruvian Indian legend tells the story that the "Star People" came through this gate into our world and there was a time in the distant past when people from earth could travel through the gate and visit the worlds of the "gods" as well. In addition, it is said that just before the Conquistadors arrived to the area the last shaman or priest of the Star People walked through the gate into a blue light and vanished. Since then the gate has been closed.

During the last 20 years, news reports have indicated sizable UFO activity throughout the area. The majority of these reports describe glowing blue spheres and bright white disk shaped objects.

Recognizing such reported activity by those of us with a curious nature may think it only fitting that the afore mentioned legend concludes with a prophecy that the door of the gods will one day open yet again "many times bigger than it actually is..." and in this way allow the gods to return in their "sun ships".
