The Sub-Global System Conspiracy?

Early one morning on August 9, 1980, three security guards at the Manzano Nuclear Weapons Storage Area adjacent to Kirtland, New Mexico AFB, saw a bright light ‘land’ in a restricted area. A fourth guard observed a disk shaped light in the vicinity of a bunker used to store nuclear weapons. The incident resulted in a report being filed with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) at Kirtland. The incident was later investigated by agent Richard Doty; an interesting and mysterious figure who often appears in the UFO literature. Doty filed a preliminary report on the incident, which has been acknowledged and released by the Air Force, however no follow-up report has been acknowledged. 

Perhaps resulting from this preliminary report, springs the ‘news’ releases; often as not from the “Rumor Mill News Agency” concerning the alleged network of underground subway styled tunnels, bases, and highways that are typically lumped into a single category of The Sub-Global System.  If you have not heard of the “Terradrive Shuttle” as the facilities are often called, it’s probably because the ‘story’ is a huge conspiracy which involves several governments (from the US to Australian) and several secret societies located throughout the world.

In short, super-secret conspirators are working with ‘Space Aliens’ in a joint effort to create a One World Government, designed to be controlled by Aliens and enslave the human race.    

Further proof stems from former PhD physics candidate, Mr. Paul Bennewitz a businessman from Albuquerque, New Mexico; who, in the 1979, began claiming the existence of a plot involving an extensive network of UFO bases tied to an alien colonization and control scheme to subdue the human race.

After seeing a hypnosis sessions of, former Miss USA (in 1953) Myrna Hansen, who claimed to have ongoing UFO experiences; he became convinced that most cattle mutilations were actions performed by aliens.   In fact, Bennewitz claimed to have uncovered evidence of aliens controlling humans through electromagnetic devices, and furthermore he claimed that UFOs were regularly flying near Kirtland, NM and the nearby Manzano Nuclear Weapons Storage Facility.

Convinced that he was intercepting electronic communications originating from alien spacecraft located just outside of Albuquerque, Bennewitz soon believed that he had located a secret alien facility that he called Dulce Base.  By 1982, Bennewitz began to spread his ideas regarding Dulce Base to others in the UFOlogy community. 

The story spread rapidly within the UFO community and by 1990, Ufology enthusiasts claimed to have independent confirmations of the base’s existence.   Michael Barkun, a political scientist, wrote that Cold War underground missile installations in the Albuquerque area gave superficial credibility to the rumors, making the Dulce Base story an “attractive legend”.

In any event, the story gained additional credibility by the experience and expertise of Mr. Paris Flammonde.   Flammonde, (who supports many aspects of the alleged conspiracy) first gained critical acclaim when he worked with Jim Garrison during the New Orleans DA’s investigation of the roles of Clay Shaw, David Ferrie and Lee Harvey Oswald in the conspiracy to assassinate JFK; through further radio and writing efforts, Flammonde has established himself as an expert on the history, facts, fictions, lore and legends of flying saucers / aliens. 

In fact Flammonde describes the Dulce Base as the second largest Reptilian and Grey Base in North America.  Mr. Flammonde offers the following detailed description as described by UFO researcher James W. Moseley, of the facility he often calls the “Central Hub”: 

1st Level: contains the garage for Street Maintenance.

2nd Level: contains the garage for trains, shuttles, tunnel-boring machines and UFO maintenance.

3rd Level: the first 3 levels contain government offices.

4th Level: Human Aura Research as well as aspects of Dream Manipulation, Hypnosis, and Telepathy. They can lower your heartbeat with Delta Waves and introduce data and programmed reactions into your mind (for those implanted with brain chips). Most people already are; they just don't know it.

5th Level: witnesses have described huge vats with amber liquid with parts of human bodies being stirred inside. Rows and rows of cages holding men, women and children to be used as food. Perhaps thousands.

6th Level: privately called "Nightmare Hall." It contains the genetic labs. Here are where the crossbreeding experiments of human/animal are done on fish, seals, birds, and mice that are vastly altered from their original forms. There are multi-armed and multi-legged humans and several cages and vats of humanoid bat-like creatures up to 7 feet tall. 

7th level: Row after row of 1,000s of humans in cold storage including children. 

Other well documented areas of interest in the United States that are literally connected to the Dulce Base Facility include the Wright Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio; a warehouse with multi-underground levels that’s packed with alien craft, hardware, and even alien bodies on ice and Groom Lake or Area 51 located less than 100 miles (83) north-northeast of LasVegas, Nevada, which includes a huge underground facility where the exchange of technology takes place with alien beings.
